Engaging Men with Feminism

For Like Minded Females is an important, vital, and one of our goals to connect, empower, and celebrates females in all of their facets. We truly believe that in order to continue building a stronger society, we need to question ourselves and be critical about our surrounding.

As LMF is always looking for organisations that are committed with our same values and mission, we are happy to participate and promote We Hate Pink, a community-focused platform built to increase the access of women in creative, tech, and media to leadership roles, to achieve gender equality in the workplace at all levels.

Committed to tackling down the lack of diversity on companies, We Hate Pink, has a strong devotion to helping to build a progressive future for women professionally and personally, giving the tools and connections females need for their success.

As part of this, We Hate Pink is hosting an event next Wednesday, November 20th: Engaging Men with Feminism, where they’re looking to discuss all the different perspectives about females leaders in their industries.

With this event, they are looking to raise awareness and engagement in our society on how gender equality is a fight we all need to combat. Nor only is the right thing to do as an organisation but financially makes sense, companies need to have the tools to be resilient, and one of the key virtues must be diversity and inclusive organisation.

With the help of the panel, We Hate Pink, is aiming to open up a discussion around the current tactics and actions taken by the society to improve gender equality, as well as give out solutions and innovative strategies that need to be on the spine of every organisation.

During the event the panel will take place an event that will help to discuss the current tactics and actions taken by the society to improve gender equality, as well as give out solutions and innovative strategies that need to be on the spine of every organisation. Gender equality is a goal every person, organisation, and citizen should aim for; as Laura Haynes, Chair Emeritus of UN Women NC UK, said:

“Men are recognising that they too have an important role to play to

change culture, build new behaviour and new cultural norms”.

The event will take place on Wednesday, November 20th at 18:30 hrs. at WeWork, 1 Mark Square, Hackney, London, EC2A 4EG.
